1. Agreement to these Terms
By visiting this website, creating an order, or downloading any SONNOX MEDIA product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Who we are
SONNOX MEDIA (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital creative tools for video editors and motion designers, including Premiere Pro motion graphic templates (.mogrt), sound effects bundled with templates, and related downloadable materials.

3. Products and digital delivery
Our products are digital goods delivered electronically (typically as a downloadable archive containing .mogrt files, documentation, and any bundled audio assets).
- Delivery is usually immediate after successful payment confirmation via Whop or another stated checkout provider.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.
- Download links may expire for security reasons; contact us if you need a replacement link.
- Product descriptions, feature lists, and compatibility information on the site are provided in good faith and may be updated over time.
4. License grant
When you purchase a product, SONNOX MEDIA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased files for your own creative and commercial projects, subject to these Terms.
You may:
- Install and use the template on devices you personally own or control.
- Use the template in client work, personal films, commercial productions, and social content you create.
- Make reasonable backup copies for your own archival use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, lease, sublicense, or publicly upload the original .mogrt files or bundled sound assets.
- Include our files in another pack, plugin, marketplace listing, or subscription library.
- Claim authorship of the template files themselves.
- Share purchase download links or account access with others outside your household / single-user license.
- Reverse engineer the product for the purpose of creating a competing template for sale.
Studio / multi-seat licensing may be available on request. Contact us before deploying across a large team.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, product names (including “SONNOX MEDIA” and “Paper Animation Template”), graphics, copy, tutorials, and digital files remain the intellectual property of SONNOX MEDIA or its licensors. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying files or trademarks.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are one-time payments unless a different model is clearly indicated. Taxes, currency conversion fees, and payment-processor charges may apply depending on your location and payment method. We reserve the right to update pricing for future purchases; this does not affect completed orders.
7. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final once the download has been made available, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Compatibility guarantee: if the Paper Animation Template does not work in a Premiere Pro version explicitly listed on the product page (currently 2021–2026 on Windows or Mac), email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will help you resolve the issue, and if we cannot make it work on a listed version, you are entitled to a refund.
Older Premiere Pro versions not listed on the product page are not covered by this guarantee. Always verify your Premiere Pro version before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
8. Updates
Where a product is described as including free updates, you will receive access to future refinements of that specific product at no extra charge. Free updates do not automatically include unrelated new products or separate packs we may release later.
9. Compatibility and results
Template performance depends on your Premiere Pro version, project settings, media format, and system resources. We provide documentation and FAQs in good faith, but we do not guarantee identical results across every setup. Always test the template in your project before final delivery.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at abusive rates, introducing malware, interfering with security, or using the site for unlawful activity.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SONNOX MEDIA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SONNOX MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SONNOX MEDIA from claims arising out of your misuse of the products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights in connection with projects you create.
14. Third-party services
Payments, email delivery, and hosting may rely on third-party providers (including Whop). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policies outside our reasonable control.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use. Material changes affecting existing customers will be posted on this page.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SONNOX MEDIA principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.
